FullOn Transit Solutions was founded by Robert Fuller, a transportation professional with over 50 years of experience in: Freight, Transit, Intermodal and Automotive maintenance repair and service delivery. We have managed many large operations for CN, Bombardier, and Metrolinx. We are capable of overseeing large numbers of staff to deliver a keen understanding and flawless execution of equipment maintenance schedules, operational plans, service delivery, budget planning and monitoring.  FullOn Transit Solutions thrives in a fast-paced work environment and has managed teams with several disciplines of Unionized, and Salary staff. Our goal is always to ensure teams deliver reliable and cost effective service, on time and within budget. 

FullOn Transit Solutions creates a work environment focused on safety and customer service through clear direction and strategic outlook using short and long term planning. Our Operational Readiness skills have successfully opened the Union Pearson Express train service, the Whitby Rail Maintenance facility and most recently, provided consulting on the Eglington Crosstown LRT project which is currently under construction. We have the Hands On experience to provide Project Management Services that involve extensive modification programs and rail service increases such as the programs we successfully implemented for GO Train and UP Train. Projects included: wifi installation, seat barriers, major overhaul programs and the purchasing of locomotive and coach fleet.
